ALF will be sending texts, emails, and direct to voicemail messages to those interested in scheduling an appointment with your company. This creates more leads and sales and saves you time and money.

All you have to do is find the prospects name in our software and click whether the lead outcome was “Scheduled” or you need a “Lead Credit”. You’ll have easy access to all your contacts tagged accordingly.

In signing up YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A PROSPECT AND DO NOT REMOVE THEM OUT OF ALF, THEY WILL CONTINUE TO GET NOTIFICATIONS. THIS WILL RESULT IN YOUR COMPANY NOT LOOKING GOOD.

4. When Rainmaker is sending out notifications; texts, emails, and direct to voice mails, we want to make sure the person scheduling appointments at your company has access to the computer that accesses our software during the Monday to Friday hours. *

5. Phone #. What phone number do you want to appear in the emails and texts? For example: “Call us back at 123-456-7890.” Some prefer their 800 # while other’s want to show a local phone #. *

6. What area code do you want to be sending texts out with? *
